Benefits of Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is an old phenomenon believed to have been known in India and Egypt several thousand years ago. 


It is an excellent healing modality that  helps people to access & gain more in-depth self-awareness and to resolve problems, directly and indirectly, relating to their health.


Hypnotherapists perform a series of exercises with their clients during a  session which leads to a deeply relaxed state also referred to as a trance.


While deeply relaxed, the person responds to the ideas or images that are suggested to him or her, and this helps to bring about change in bad habits, & behaviours that are ingrained in the subconscious mind that otherwise are inaccessible in our daily life.


Hypnosis can also be used to diagnose various conditions or disorders.


I'm often asked "Should I be afraid of hypnotherapy?" And my answer is always "Absolutely not, as you are fully aware the whole time & you fully understand what is going on. During the session I am unable to give any suggestions or influence you in anyway that you didn't want. Again You are fully in control".
